Building Muscle Without Weights
Building muscle without weights is possible - if you use effective exercises.
However, there's only so much muscle you can build without lifting weights.
The good news is there's a large variety of equipment that can help you pack on some size without weights.
Here are some simple pieces of equipment.
Pull Up Station
A good pull up and dip station is a GREAT piece of equipment to have. You can build muscles in your back, chest, biceps, triceps, and abs.
With a pull up station you can do...
- dips for your chest and triceps
- pull ups for your back
- chin ups for your biceps (pull ups with palms facing you)
- captain's chair leg raises for your abs

A dip stand is much smaller and less expensive than a full pull up and dip station.
Dips are one of the most effective exercises for adding mass to your chest and triceps.
